The possibility of complex processing already at stage of the beginning production became the purpose of creation of model range of the 1200th Ambition series that was carried out earlier only on more high-class machines.
Advantages of use
● facing by edge to 3 mm of thickness (as option perhaps 6 mm)
● the jointing and milling unit for the first-class machine cut and optimum quality of glue line
● the multifunctional milling unit with use of the combined mills
● the unit of form milling for rounding off of corners
● the polishing unit or the scraped unit for fine finishing processing
All edgebanders of this series in the standard equipment are equipped with the exact pasting-over part, the rotary two-engined trimming unit, the multifunctional milling unit, the unit for facing of facet and straight line. Standard feed speed of machines makes 10 m/min. As option it is possible to increase it to 14 m/min, for example, for increase of productivity and rounding off of corners. The packages of automation offered optionally allow to reduce time for re-equipment and possess convenience in management. For complex processing there are also in addition jointing and milling unit, the unit for form milling, the scraped unit for alignment of radiuses, and also the scraped unit for cleaning of glue line or the polishing unit for finishing processing.
