nbsp;The boring key of AKB-3M2 - a boring automatic stationary key is intended for mechanization of processes of screwing together and discrediting of boring and upsetting pipes at hoisting operations. The boring key of AKB-3M2 is applied when drilling oil and gas wells. The boring key of AKB-3M2 is established on boring between the winch and a rotor from a power shaft on vyshechno - the winch block to which it is attached by bolts.
STRUCTURE OF AKB-3M2 OF THE BORING KEY
AKB-3M2 key block — the main mechanism which is carrying out operations of screwing together and discrediting of pipes. On the directing runners the block of a key moves along the carriage under the influence of two pneumatic cylinders of double action, providing a supply of the trubozazhimny device to a boring pipe and branch from it. Rotation of the trubozazhimny device of the block of a key of AKB-3M2 — from the pneumoengine through a reducer. As AKB-ZM2.E2 key drive - the special 2-speed electric motor.
The AKB-3M2 carriage freely rotates in the top part of a column, and its situation during the work is fixed. The carriage with the block of a key can move along a column on height. The lower part of a column the boring key of AKB-3M2 rigidly fastens to the basis boring.
