Description
At preparation of boiled sausage original and traditional methods are used. From specially selected meat in animal guts and special polyethylene wrappers sausage products of the highest and first grades are made. Artificial packings (wrappers) increase period of storage of products till 45 days at a temperature of 0-6 degrees.
