Cakes

Cakes are a kind of pastries from not yeast dough. Cakes have porous friable texture, and often add various fillers to them: chocolate, dried fruits, candied fruits and nuts.

Dough for cakes most often has a consistence of dense sour cream, and because of a large amount of oil and eggs it is viscous. In premya pastries cakes rise, increasing the volume twice-three times.
