Circulating systems for purification of drilling mud fluid

Circulating systems are intended for purification of drilling mud fluid of particles of vyburenny breed, their dumping into a barn (at granary drilling), or on the shnekovy conveyor with the subsequent removal on motor transport (at sumpless drilling), chemical processing, storage, transportation of solution from the mouth of a well before reception of boring solutions in the cleaning block when drilling oil and gas wells in the conditions of the moderate macroclimatic area on GOST16350-80.

The main functions which are carried out by TsS:
transportation of solution from the mouth of a well to the clearing equipment;
purification of drilling mud fluid of particles of vyburenny breed and their dumping into a barn (or in the car at sumpless drilling);
decontamination of drilling mud fluid;
regulation of maintenance of a firm phase in drilling mud fluid by means of the centrifuge;
chemical processing and storage of solution;
solution supply to boring pumps; supply of solution in dolivny capacity;
preparation of drilling mud fluid;
collecting drains from priyamk of slurry pumps;
collecting condensate from steam registers of capacities and from heating units.
Electric equipment and trace - performance with respect for explosion safety. Natural and compulsory ventilation is provided in TsS modules.
