Construction of the Center of Heydar of Aliyev in the city of Ismailla

Construction of the center began in January, 2007 and came to the end in May, 2008. The building consists of two floors and a basement, each of which makes 730 sq.m. Children's circles on chess, aviamodelling, a sculpture, the exhibition and exposition hall will work here, on the second floor the center for studying of heritage of Heydar Aliyev, electronic library, computer halls and a conference room is placed. Around the center in the territory works on improvement and gardening are carried out to 4 hectares, fountains are installed, at 22-meter height national flag of Azerbaijan is built, new buildings of district election commission, office buildings of prosecutor's office, management of finance are built.
