Dryers on gas and the liquefied oil gas

In addition the drying equipment, for drying of products gas drying cabinets can be used. The equipment of this type represents the elementary device consisting of a drying chamber and a gas torch. The principle of work of gas drying cabinets consists in the following: the furnace gas which is formed in the gorelochny device, mixing up with clean air, comes to a drying chamber. For fall of temperature of gases air of working volume of a drying chamber is used, in a zone of discharge of the recirculation fan there is a mixture of gas and air. Thus, the drying agent who moves to the dried-up product is formed. Having got into the dried-up product and having brought out of it part of moisture, exhaust gases are removed from a drying chamber. Some part of exhaust gases comes back to the fan for repeated mixing with furnace gases and repeated education of the drying agent.

Follows from the aforesaid that in gas drying cabinets there is no primary converter of heat (the air heat exchanger or a copper), and also the intermediate carrier of heat (water or steam). As a result of it, the efficiency of use of heat in relation to initial fuel increases twice, and expenses on a construction of such device, respectively, decrease as it does not demand boiler and sanitary elements. Besides, the gas dryer of this kind is rather easily put into operation, and the process which is carried out in it is quite eco-friendly as installation is not equipped with the smoking pipe.

Products of full combustion of gases have the same physical properties, as hot air. As the drying agent, they possess the same heattechnical characteristics therefore can be used for drying of various products. Most often in these drying cabinets natural or artificial gases as they allow to receive smokeless furnace gases are used.
