According to the registered, approved method of production of yogurt, the creamy consistence and high nutritional value of Dobilas yogurt is reached, using especially quality milk proteins and easily acquired by a human body, and also by souring, using the ferment containing cultures of Lactobacillus delbruecki bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilius which advantages are described in many scientific articles. In environmentally friendly DOBILAS yogurt there is neither starch, nor gelatin.
