Description
Ethylene (eten) — nonsaturated hydrocarbon, the first member of a homological number of olefins. Represents colourless gas with a slight radio smell. It is easier than air, is almost insoluble in water, burns with the shining flame, with air forms explosive mixes at the volume concentration equal to 3-34%. Possesses good reactionary ability.
