EXODOR lipstick

Wax defines a lipstick form, provide its durability and plasticity. Initially for production of lipstick natural beeswax was used, but it is strong allergen as honey and other products of beekeeping. Today high-quality lipstick is made most often on the basis of natural vosk of a phytogenesis.

Oils. The main oil for production of lipstick — castor. Its main advantage is resistance to oxidation. In much smaller quantities producers of lipstick use oils of a coco and shi. Also oils are used as additives.

Dyes. Historically the carmine was the first dye applied in production of lipsticks. Color of this pigment can change from gray to purple-violet.

Additives. Vitamins A and E most often occur among the additives which are a part of lipstick. They possess anti-inflammatory action, contain vegetable oils, extracts and sun-protection filters. To prolong lipstick service life, surely enter antioxidants and preservatives into its fatty basis. Also add film-forming components (the polymers and silicate derivatives providing to lipstick gloss and firmness) to modern lipstick. The polymers forming the thinnest coverings on skin of lips. This covering film provides stability and protects lips from moisture loss. ^[1]

The fragrance hides a smell of raw materials of lipstick and gives it the smell.
