Today, any of large multipurpose buildings does not do without own autonomous central air.
If you set the task to provide with comfortable climatic conditions of the building of the huge areas (hotels, shopping centers, offices), any number of storeys and appointment, then the ideal choice it will be unambiguous multi - the freon VRV system. Central air of VRV or VRF considerably saves electricity consumption that is very actual presently. Such modern central air unites the maximum number of polytypic internal and external blocks in uniform system of the central conditioning of the building, and allows to operate individually each internal block. Multizone VRV or VRF of central air use the general system of pipelines, (system with a variable stream of coolant) and cardinally differ from other central airs. The maximum distance (to 100 meters) and a height difference (order of 50 meters) allows to install the external block, without breaking architecture of a facade of any building in the suitable place, using for example: building roof, cellar, attic or technical floor.

It is possible to operate such system the wireless remote control or by means of the central computer. VRV and VRF systems allow to create individual, comfortable conditions of a microclimate, in modern, multipurpose buildings with a large number of the most various rooms.
