Opressovochny unit of the joint-stock company

 The unit opressovochny is intended for carrying out hydraulic tests of the main pipelines for durability and tightness.

At laying of any pipeline with the major factor quality of pipes is. Therefore directly at installation of each site of pipes it is necessary to check it. In the manual mode (visually) it is extremely difficult to make it, and installation of the rejected pipes is inevitable. What can installation not of the most qualitative or damaged pipe end with? The Opressovochny unit is a special car which pumps in the pipeline water for creation of an elevated pressure. This pressure allows to reveal all shortcomings of the pipeline in respect of durability and tightness at once. Such hydraulic test to be carried out very quickly and helps to avoid big expenses at the subsequent repair.
The Opressovochny unit consists of an internal combustion engine, the plunger or piston pump, and also a frame. Also enter such opressovochny unit - delivery pipes, shutoff valves and the soaking-up sleeves. In most cases the assembled unit is mounted on the chassis of the car or the special cart.
At installation of the main pipelines the opressovochny unit with a pressure from 8 to 40 MPas and with a productivity from 12 to 83 cubic meters in an hour is used.
Modern opressovochny units can work as on the single, and in common. The last option is possible at parallel connection of several units.
If it is required to carry out test of the pipeline of big diameter, and those are pipelines with a diameter more than 1220 mm, then use group of opressovochny units which settle down at distance of 75-110 kilometers from each other.
