Overlapping of the pipeline with use of a baypas

Specialists of the FURMANITE company developed special technology of overlapping of a site of the pipeline without stopping of a stream. The technology can be used for repair, modification or movement of a site of the pipeline in the operating system. Use of system of a baypas can provide a product stream bypassing the blocked pipe section, guaranteeing process production during repair or modification. 
Depending on feature of system of the pipeline and a product in system various types of caps are applied:
the folding cap is applied to pipelines of big diameters from 200 to 1800 mm (above on demand) and pressure to 10 bars. The simple and fast installation which is not demanding big working space is the main advantage of this system;
the pneumatic cap guarantees full tightness for pipes with the wrong geometry or the raised erosion of an internal surface with a diameter from 100 to 1150 m;
reducing cap will be applied to bezbaypasny systems, it is effective for pipelines with a high pressure (to 102 bars) or with the temperature of product 370 C, provides blocking and a transmission of a stream.
