nbsp;Pneumatic cylinders are executive mechanisms of pneumatic systems and are intended for transformation of energy of compressed air to mechanical linear movement.

Pneumatic cylinders piston bilateral action
Can be supplied with adjustable damping in final provisions.
Pneumatic cylinders are issued with a diameter of 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 160 and 200 mm and the course of a rod from 25 to 2000 mm.
Piston pneumatic cylinders are intended for transformation of energy of compressed air to back and forth motion of a rod. At supply of compressed air together with a rod moves to one of cavities of the cylinder and connection of other cavity with the atmosphere, the piston, creating the pushing or pulling effort. Membrane pneumatic cylinders are used for the regulating types of pipeline fittings. Pneumatic cylinders are divided into cylinders of unilateral and bilateral action, with a unilateral or rod bilateral (through passage), they are piston and membrane. In pneumatic cylinders of unilateral action the piston can move under the influence of compressed air only to one party (air moves only on the one hand from the piston), return of the piston is carried out due to action of a returnable spring or external forces. At the same time the air given to a pneumatic cylinder has to be dumped in the atmosphere. In such cylinders the returnable spring reduces the effort of a forward stroke developed by the cylinder under the influence of compressed air, and the effort at a reset is defined by rigidity and extent of compression of a spring. Reverse motion of such pneumatic cylinders usually is not used as the worker. In pneumatic cylinders of bilateral action movement of a rod happens under the influence of compressed air in the direct and return directions. For such pneumatic cylinders and a straight line, and reverse motion are workers. However, the effort developed by a pneumatic cylinder of bilateral action at reverse motion is lower than the effort developed by the cylinder at a forward stroke. The majority of pneumatic cylinders have the special damping devices preventing blow to a cylinder cover at the end of a piston stroke. In korotkokhodovy pneumatic cylinders the rubber washers fixed on a cover in the cylinder or on the piston are usually used as a damper. In larger pneumatic cylinders for braking the air drosselirovaniye (creation of resistance) is used. This drosselirovaniye occurs only at the end of the rod course, it joins automatically, and intensity of braking is defined by extent of opening of a throttle and is regulated by the screw on the pneumatic cylinder case. For definition of position of the piston the pneumatic cylinder can have a magnetic ring. Or pneumatic cylinders can be completed with sensors of provision of a rod. The sensor - gerkonovy type, fastens on a round coupler of a pneumatic cylinder by means of adjusting screws. The light-emitting diode can be applied to indication of operation of a gerkon.
