Description
The protivovybrosovy equipment developed and made by the Volgograd plant of boring equipment is intended for sealing of the mouth of oil and gas wells in the course of their construction and repair for the purpose of safe operation, the prevention of emissions and open fountains, protection of a subsoil and environment.
The equipment protivovybrosovy works in the range of temperatures from +40 °C to -45 °C, it is reliable in work, is compact on a design, it is convenient in installation and transportation.
Are a part of the equipment: the system of hydromanagement, stem part, the manifold and pipelines connecting hydromanagement and the hydrooperated elements.
The equipment protivovybrosovy is made in accordance with GOST 13862-90 "The equipment protivovybrosovy. Standard schemes, key parameters and technical requirements to a design".
All knots of the equipment on indicators conform to requirements of GOST 27743 "The equipment protivovybrosovy. General technical requirements".
Preventers can pressurize an opening through passage as in the presence, and at absence in it boring pipes.
As a rule, the block of preventers includes the universal (ring) preventer, two plashechny, a crosspiece, the coil nadpreventorny and, if necessary, mezhpreventorny.
Plashechny preventers are completed, upon the demand of the customer, with dies under pipes of various nominal diameter according to requirements of GOST 13862-90 "The equipment protivovybrosovy. Standard schemes, key parameters and technical requirements to a design". For ensuring operation of preventers at a low temperature all preventers are supplied with the built-in heating system.
The station of a hydraulic actuator is intended for remote control of equipment components with a hydraulic actuator. Control is exercised from the basic or the secondary console with full duplication of teams. The station of a hydraulic actuator allows to regulate the brought pressure to plashechny and universal preventers and to support the established pressure in the camera of the universal preventer.
