Reinforcing frameworks

Electrowelded frameworks are applied to reinforcing of interfloor horizontal overlappings from monolithic reinforced concrete, and also to production of concrete goods and ZhBK. Production is modern goods substitute of the skobo-bending products which are traditionally applied in monolithic interfloor overlappings.
The main advantages of a triangular framework in comparison with its substitute are:
Exact geometrical sizes of a framework;
Reduction of time of installation of a design as the triangular framework is delivered on building site already in finished form.
Possibility of production of production in any quantity in short terms (productivity of the equipment of 30 m a minute) at the expense of full automation of process of production;
 Minimization of waste by production as raw materials are fittings and a circle in bays; 
The main consumers are the construction organizations which are engaged in construction from monolithic reinforced concrete and concrete goods and ZhBK plants.
