PROCESS:
Roasted hazelnuts are produced by roasting hazelnut kernels and removed partially or totally from the skin.
TYPE:
According to customer requests, roasted hazelnuts are processed as chooped, sliced, meal or paste and supplied to market.
USAGE AREA:
It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry and as a snack for the end user.
ROASTING LEVEL:
According to customer specifications (Low, Medium, High roasted) with 0,8-3% desired humudity level.
CALIBRATION:
According to customer specifications it is prepared in following sizes (13-15 mm, 11-13mm,, 9-11 mm etc.)
PACKING:
In, jute bags polieten inside, vacuum bags with cartons or only in vacuum bags: all can ship by pallets streched with polieten.
