Description
Cottage cheese - fermented milk product which turns out when folding milk protein, and separations of serum from it. Cottage cheese receives useful properties because protein at the same time becomes more available to influence of digestive enzymes. Cottage cheese contains a lot of methionine - irreplaceable amino acid which does not allow to develop to liver obesity. It contains a ratio of calcium, optimum for an organism, and phosphorus 1:2.
