FIBERLINE laser cutting machines are manufactured with high rigidity and strength, have a modular design, which allows them to be lengthened or shortened ( for example, during transportation).
High precision and productivity are provided by:
- system of 2 longitudinal drives with precision linear guides;
- lightweight and at the same time rigid and stable portal made of high - strength aluminum alloy;
- modern CNC system and appropriate software.
The portal is welded from two beams and, at the request of the customer, can be equipped with two different carriages: one - for laser cutting - is installed in the front of the portal, and the second - for another cutting technology, for example, plasma, or for installing a drilling spindle - is installed with back part.
Thus, FIBERLINE machines provide a combination of two technologies: laser cutting and plasma cutting for metals that are not suitable for laser cutting. This ensures the unique production characteristics of such installations and significantly expands the scope of their application.
The operator's cab is protected according to class 1, the working conditions are completely safe. The machine is loaded from the side or, if necessary, from above ( movable roof).
To facilitate the loading and unloading of workpieces, the FIBERLINE laser cutting machine can optionally be equipped with an automatic pallet changer, which can be integrated into the plant's workpiece handling and storage system to increase productivity.
