The optical detector of a smoke - SD-280

For the local prevention it is equipped with the built-in siren and a red alarm bulb. It is powered from external A or B power supplies according to EN 50131-6 or main lines of the alarm system of security systems.

Exit of an alarm signal is removed from the OUT plug, information on a lead of the detector from fastening from the TMP plug (the disconnecting block contact).

SD-280 combines two detectors - the optical detector of a smoke and the temperature detector. The principle of digital processing of both sensors allows to increase resistance to false operations. The optical detector of a smoke works on existence of large particles which contain in a dense smoke, and is less sensitive on the easy particles arising when burning liquids, such as, alcohol. The temperature detector, though possesses slower reaction, but reacts to quickly developing fire with small quantity of a smoke much better.
