Ultra-violet sterlizator

System designation

The ultra-violet sterilizer is intended for disinfecting of water from the viruses and bacteria which are in it in living and industrial conditions.

Application

The ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 254 nanometers (short-wave an ultraviolet) which are let out by a mercury-quartz lamp cause changes in DNA of all species of microorganisms, at the genetic level interfering with their activity and reproduction. It concerns not only vegetative forms of bacteria, but also sporoobrazuyushchy. Previously purified water is exposed to disinfecting.
Installation of system

UF a sterilizer is established directly on the line of consumption after the autoclave, the water counter, the filter, etc. to avoid povtoarnogo water infection. It is recommended to use an ultra-violet sterilizer after the membrane or coal filter.
UF a sterilizer can be mounted in any situation, it is only necessary to observe compliance of unions of an entrance and exit of water.

The ultra-violet sterilizer is not calculated on any other application. Do not switch off UF a lamp for the period of short-term (less than 10 days) absence. Do not allow freezing of water in UF a sterilizer.

The European standards of safety provide obligatory grounding of UF of a sterilizer.

Beams of UF of a lamp can cause heavy burns of skin and eyes therefore do not use UF a lamp without protection cover.
