Although the Buta Fashion enterprise began with an emphasis on men's clothing and accessories, we were simultaneously seeking a line of clothing and accessories to assist Azeri women in creating their inspired personal image. We needed to find a brand that would resonate with the fashion sensibilities of Azeri ladies and complement their unique beauty.
Buta Fashion was elated when the dream was realized in October 2009. An agreement signed with reknowned French designer fashion house Nina Ricci awarded Franchise status to Buta Fashion.
In partnership with Nina Ricci, Buta Fashion is testing a new Nina Ricci concept store; unlike a traditional format boutique which offers clothing, shoes and accessories in fairly even proportions, the new concept store features a wide variety of shoes and accessories, with a limited selection of clothing. Opened in May 2010, Buta Fashion's Nina Ricci franchise boutique is the first Nina Ricci franchise in Azerbaijan. Located in chic Central Baku at 20 Zarifa Aliyeva Street, the anticipated Nina Ricci boutique is already creating excitement among Azerbaijan's feminine elite.
